Monthly follow-up

A condition of your grant award includes online monthly follow-up reporting to continually update us with the status of your project/activity. 

It is a brief process with three easy questions: 

1. What is the current status of your project? 

2. When do you expect to be finished? 

3. Are there any financial changes to the project that we need to know about? 

We need to hear from you every month, even if there are no changes to report.   It is that simple!
