Grant Closing Checklist & Instructions
How Do I Close My Grant?
- Once you have spent your allocated/confirmed funding plus our grant award, you are ready to close your grant. You do not have to have your project completed to close the grant.
- Your grant agreement requires the submission of all paid invoices/receipts for expenses on the project/activity.
- Complete the Grant Closing Checklist.
- Instructions for Grant Closing Checklist.
- Upload all documents to ONE FILE.
- Attach documents to a Follow Up report or email them to Julie@RaibrookFoundation.com for review.
Why are receipts required?
The IRS requires private foundations to maintain documents ensuring proper use of charitable funds.
